Qualifications

• RN licensure in Pennsylvania or multistate licensure through eNLC.
• CPR certification as a required credential.
• Clearances (Act 34, Act 33, Act 73) required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Performs a comprehensive patient assessment to identify patient needs.
• Develops and implements a comprehensive plan of care.
• Performs and documents direct patient care and patient education.
• Identifies and responds to patient condition to achieve positive patient outcomes.
• Directs and delegates care provided by ancillary team members.
