Jobot is seeking an MSN-qualified nurse educator to join the School of Nursing in Sacramento, CA. This mentorship-focused role targets nurses looking to move away from bedside care while still shaping future clinicians.

You will teach in classroom and clinical settings, create engaging learning environments, connect real-world nursing to patient care, employ diverse teaching methods, collaborate with fellow educators, and influence the program’s outcomes and the trajectory of healthcare.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in CA (unencumbered).
• Master’s Degree in Nursing (required).
• 5+ years of clinical nursing experience in past.
• 1+ year of preceptor, tutoring, mentoring, or teaching experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Teach and support nursing students in both classroom and clinical settings.
• Create an engaging and positive learning environment where students feel encouraged to grow.
