Indiana University Health is seeking an RN Educator for the Neuro/Trauma/Ortho service line at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. This full-time, on-site position supports clinical education, onboarding, and ongoing competency development for nursing staff in a fast-paced hospital setting.
The role requires 3–5 years of nursing experience, Indiana RN licensure, a BSN, and specialized certifications (CPR, ACLS, PALS).
Location: On-site at Methodist Hospital

Shift: Monday–Friday, Day Shift, with off-shift work including 1 weekend and 2 evenings per month

The educator plays a key role in promoting safety, quality, and professional growth, serving as a clinical expert and role model for staff.
