Berlin Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Educator for a part-time role. The position focuses on developing, implementing, and evaluating education programs to enhance nursing staff competency and regulatory compliance.

You will provide orientation, ongoing in-service training, and targeted education to address learning needs, while collaborating with nursing leadership on quality initiatives and survey preparedness. PCC experience is required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey
• Nursing degree preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience
• At least two (2) years of supervisory experience in a nursing care center, hospital, or related healthcare setting
• PCC experience required

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs for nursing staff to ensure clinical competence and regulatory compliance.
• Provide orientation and onboarding education for new nursing employees.
• Conduct ongoing in-service training on clinical skills, policies, procedures, and best practices in resident care.
• Assess staff learning needs and develop targeted training programs to address knowledge gaps.
• Monitor and evaluate staff competency and provide coaching or remediation as needed.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to support quality improvement initiatives and regulatory survey preparedness.
• Maintain accurate documentation of training, competencies, and educational activities.
• Utilize PCC (PointClickCare) systems to support documentation, training, and reporting needs.
• Support a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and clinical excellence across the nursing team.

$37-$52 an hour (all-inclusive)

Qualifications for RN Educator:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of New Jersey.

• A nursing degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.

• Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience required.

• At least two (2) years of supervisory experience in a nursing care center, hospital, or related healthcare setting required.

• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) required.
