Nursing Facility in Capital Region, NY is seeking an experienced RN Educator to support staff development and clinical education within a long-term care setting. The role focuses on developing and implementing educational programs, ensuring clinical competency, and promoting best practices and regulatory compliance across the nursing team.

The position offers salary around $100,000 with same-day pay and is located about 25 minutes from Albany, NY, with full-time hours Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Current New York State RN license required.
• Associate’s Degree in Healthcare or related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to promote a positive learning environment and support staff development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement evidence-based education and training programs to enhance staff competency and quality of care.
• Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to assess educational needs and improve clinical performance.
• Create, review, and update training materials, policies, procedures, and clinical resources.
