Job summary

Piedmont Newton Hospital is seeking a staff nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care across the patient lifecycle. You will perform assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care while aligning with organizational policies to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes.

Education includes graduation from an accredited nursing program; license requirements include an RN license in Georgia or multistate licensure and Basic Life Support.

Qualifications

• BCLS - Basic Life Support Required.
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.

Work Experience

• Nursing Experience in Hospital Setting Preferred
• 1 year in a hospital setting for PRN positions Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNCL Multistate License. Required and
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Required
• Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable (see addendum)
