Job summary

Mercy Hospital Washington is seeking an experienced RN for the Emergency Department. The role is full-time, 36 hours per week, with a 9:00am-9:30pm shift, in a 26-bed ED serving the community 24/7. You will work with patient care techs and support staff to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications include an active RN license (or compact), ACLS and BLS certifications (or within 30 days), and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Candidates must live within 45 minutes of Mercy Hospital Washington.

• Unit-specific certifications as applicable to ED work.

• Evaluates overall effectiveness of care by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
