39‑bed adult and pediatric emergency department with a dedicated behavioral health area, certified stroke and cardiac center, CT and X‑ray imaging, and an innovative front‑end and triage process that ensures timely care.

General Overview

The Registered Nurse assesses human responses and plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for individuals or families in a professional practice setting, fully responsible for actions as a licensed nurse.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provides leadership in a professional practice setting.
• Team player, contributes to building the team through mentoring.
• Assigns or delegates tasks based on patient needs and staff skill level; organizes staff duties for charge role.
• Considers safe environment, patient condition, complexity of intervention, and outcome predictability.
