Job summary

Baylor University Medical Center (BUMC), part of Baylor Scott & White Health, Dallas, TX, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. This full-time role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for candidates with 2 years of RN ED experience and relocation assistance for eligible candidates relocating 50+ miles.

As a key member of our ED team, you will deliver high-quality, safe patient care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a leading teaching hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
• RN – Registered Nurse with at least 1 year ED experience.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity care in a fast-paced ED setting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality care.
• Mentor and support junior staff to maintain a learning environment.

Registered Nurse Requirements

Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program

• License/Certification
• RN – Registered Nurse min 1 year ED Experience
