Job summary

St. John’s Regional Medical Center in Oxnard, California seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, high-quality patient care. You will perform skilled nursing procedures, conduct comprehensive assessments, and implement individualized care plans within an interdisciplinary team focused on optimal patient outcomes.

Ideal candidates have CA RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and up-to-date clinical skills. Six months to one year of experience is preferred; BSN is a plus.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of nursing work experience.
• Registered Nurse license (CA RN) upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) upon hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) upon hire.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized, high-quality patient care and perform skilled nursing procedures.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and implement care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Perform blood draws using aseptic technique and proper labeling.
