Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of the branch.
• Minimum 1 year of home health leadership with direct reports.
• Deep knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Home Health Administrator and clinical authority, scaling safely.
• Lead clinical quality, outcomes, and survey readiness.
• Bring urgency, clarity, and standards to complex clinical operations.
• Oversee clinician development, performance management, and risk mitigation.
• Directly manage Branch Clinical Managers and Field Operations Managers.
• Maintain targeted clinician caseload and ensure actionable care plans and timely documentation.
