Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Dialysis RN to deliver patient-centered care at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO. You will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for dialysis patients, ensuring safety and quality in a dynamic hospital setting.

The role requires holding an RN license in the hiring state or a compact license, and BLS certification. You will collaborate with the care team to coordinate treatment and protect patient rights, privacy, and dignity.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (AD, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Current RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications:

Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).

Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.

Certifications:

- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.
