Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Directs and leads other team members and collaborates with multidisciplinary team to provide age-appropriate care.
• Delivers patient/family centered care and coordinates care per MUSC policies.
• Maintains a safe, therapeutic environment and professional conduct.
• Participates in professional practice model and governance; supports leadership and clinical excellence.
• Applies care management principles to improve patient outcomes.
