Job summary

Responsibilities

• Attend sick calls with physicians to see detainees and prepare examination rooms and equipment.
• Administer medications and document treatments per policies and procedures.
• Inspect medical units and secure or dispose of supplies; maintain clean work area.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical records and proper confidentiality.
• Provide health counseling and education as required and assist with investigations when needed.
