Hillsboro Health and Rehab is actively seeking registered nurses for PRN or part‑time day and night shifts. You will oversee patient care, supervise staff, and coordinate assessments, medications, and treatments to ensure high-quality care for residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum three years of supervisor experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or related health setting.
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing is highly desirable.
• Strong reading/writing and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care during shifts.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in patient conditions.
• Provide IV infusion therapy and manage catheter care as needed.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication regarding patient needs.
• Assist in triage and emergency situations, utilizing critical thinking skills to prioritize care; support memory care residents.

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate PRN or PART-TIME NURSES (RNs) to join our team for the day shift (6am to 6pm) and night shift (6pm to 6am). In this PRN/PT role, you will oversee patient care, manage nursing staff, and ensure that all patients receive the highest quality of care during their stay.
