The RN will assist in developing treatment programs, administer medications, and document patient encounters. Candidates should have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold current RN licensure in Kentucky. Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year clinic experience preferred.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment is required.
• Obtain and maintain CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs.
• Implement medical plans by administering medications and obtaining diagnostic tests.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP charting.
