Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate care team in Minnesota. The position focuses on integrated nursing, including assessments, care planning, interventions, evaluations, and maintaining professional nursing standards.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing care plans tailored to each resident, administering medications, and educating residents, families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Must hold current state licensure as a RN in good standing.
• Develop and implement plan of care tailored to each resident’s needs.
• Knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
• Plan for and provide education to residents, families and caregivers.
• Possess organization skills to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Read, write, and communicate in English.
