Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System in Indiana seeks a Registered Nurse responsible for implementing, directing, communicating and documenting the nursing process. You will be a patient advocate, ensuring a safe environment for patients, visitors and staff in a full-time 12-hour day shift.

Requirements include an accredited RN program graduate, Indiana RN license, CPR on hire or within 60 days, and 1 year inpatient bedside experience preferred (L&D or Mother Baby experience welcome for new grads).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• RN Indiana License. CPR certification on hire or within 60 days.
• Prefer RN's with at least 1 year inpatient bedside experience; new grad RN's with L&D or Mother Baby experience are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Implement, direct, communicate and document the nursing process per standards and Indiana Nurse Practice Act.
• Act as a patient advocate and provide a safe environment for patients, visitors and colleagues.
