Job summary

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in nursing required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- RN license required.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
- 1+ year acute care hospital experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments across multiple domains.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans and evaluate outcomes.
- Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
- Educate patients and families about conditions and self-care.
- Collaborate with the care team to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record.
