Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking an RN to interpret the plan of medical care, assess nursing decisions, and ensure safe, competent care for patients. The role includes documenting care and coordinating with the healthcare team in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires an RN license, BLS, up to 1 year of OR RN experience, and may include ACLS/NRP/PALS preferences. Onsite work at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, 789 Central Avenue, Dover, NH with a 36-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience required.
• RN license in good standing (State License) and BLS required.
• ACLS preferred; NRP and PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
