Job summary

Virtua Health in New Jersey is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) for per diem shifts to deliver safe, patient-centered care across units. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care while coordinating with the health care team.

The role requires 0–1 years experience (2–4 preferred), an Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred), NJ RN license and current ACLS/BLS/NRP. Day shifts on-site at Lourdes Health System with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• NJ RN License; ACLS/BLS/NRP certifications required or as listed.
• 0–1 years experience required; 2–4 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop a plan of care.
• Administer, monitor and document interventions.
• Participate in clinical decision-making and care coordination.
• Educate patient and family on disease, care needs and safety.
