Qualifications

• 0–1 years’ experience required, 2–4 preferred
• NJ RN License; refer to Nursing policy for specifics
• Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs patient assessment to develop, implement, and evaluate a care plan.
• Administers and documents therapies and meds.
• Participates in clinical decision-making.
• Educates patient and family regarding disease, care needs, wellness and safety.
• Delegates and monitors care by nursing staff.
• Participates in orientation and development of the healthcare team.
• Identifies and participates in performance improvement activities.
• Maintains professional competencies.
