American Senior Communities is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Columbia Healthcare Center on a full-time day shift (6 AM–6 PM) with weekend rotation and no on-call. Our team is dedicated to delivering compassionate geriatric care, building meaningful relationships with residents and staff.

Responsibilities include thorough assessments, accurate documentation, medication management, and coordination with the care team to promote residents' physical and psychosocial well-being.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a geriatric and memory care setting.
• Conduct thorough assessments and document resident condition changes.
• Administer medications and monitor responses per policy and physicians' orders.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Support a respectful and positive work environment with residents and staff.
