Job summary

Select Medical is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Long Term Acute Care at Coulters, PA. Position is full-time, day shift, 7a-7p, located at Select Specialty Hospital within UPMC McKeesport.

Compensation ranges from $39.38 to $53.00 per hour, with weekend shift differentials and a $15,000 sign-on bonus. We offer a thorough orientation, company-paid education, clinical ladder opportunities, and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Valid State Registered Nurse license.
• BLS required at hire.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit.
• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
