Riverview Behavioral Health in Texarkana, AR, part of Acadia Healthcare, is seeking full-time RNs for day shifts (7a-7p) with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Rates start at $38 per hour. Riverview is a 62-bed inpatient psychiatric center serving children, adolescents, and adults.

You will provide comprehensive nursing care, assess needs, educate patients and families, document care, and collaborate with the treatment team to support recovery and safety.

Qualificações

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer one year of nursing experience within clinical area of service.

Responsabilidades

• Assess physical and behavioral health needs; develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Maintain medical records and educate patients and families.
• Administer medications per orders and document accurately.
• Coordinate unit activities and communicate with treatment team.
