Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in West Virginia is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care in the home, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and coordinate with families and clinical teams to ensure safe, effective care.

You will educate patients and caregivers on care plans, document care updates, and participate in ongoing training. Multiple shifts (day, evening, night) and full-time/part-time/PRN opportunities are available across assigned service areas.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN with active status.
• Current BLS certification required to handle emergencies.
• Experience in home health or nursing care preferred.

Requirements

Required:

• Active RN license
• Current BLS certification
