TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality corrections healthcare on day and night shifts at a California facility. You will monitor vital signs, administer medications per orders, document changes, and collaborate with correctional staff to ensure safe care delivery.

This role emphasizes infection control, crisis triage, confidential charting, and mentoring less experienced staff while meeting performance metrics and upholding facility policies.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current licensure and BLS certification.
• Experience in corrections healthcare or high-security facilities preferred.
• Proficient medication administration and verification per orders.
• Ability to monitor vital signs, document changes, and elevate promptly.
• Infection control practices and safety protocol adherence.
• Crisis triage and emergency response skills within a correctional setting.
• Accurate confidential health record keeping and logs.
• Strong collaboration with correctional staff while maintaining patient safety.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance metrics and care pipelines.
• On-site nursing supply management and equipment calibration.
