Grand Strand Medical Center in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support perioperative patient care. You will evaluate patients prior to surgery, educate families, and ensure safe preparation including IV therapy and medications.
You will participate in site verification and collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care. You will monitor patient condition, document changes, and educate on treatment and follow-up while maintaining safety
