Job summary

The Atlas MedStaff LLC is seeking a CVOR RN for a 13-week travel assignment in New Brunswick, NJ. The role focuses on scrubbing and circulating in cardiovascular and thoracic ORs, with exposure to open-heart, trauma, vascular, transplant, orthopedic, neuro, general, and robotic cases.

Shifts are nights, 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, three 12-hour nights per week, with every other weekend and about one 24-hour weekend call per month.

Qualifications

• 13-week travel contract as a CVOR RN in New Brunswick, NJ.
• Experience scrubbing and circulating in cardiovascular and thoracic ORs.
• Experience with adult open-heart, trauma, vascular, transplant, orthopedic, neuro, general, and robotic procedures.
• Active New Jersey or Compact RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• EPIC charting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Float within skill set, including Main OR when CVOR cases unavailable.
• Shifts: three 12-hour nights (6:00 PM–6:30 AM).

• Holiday work or on-call coverage may be required based on department needs.

This night-shift assignment requires expertise in both scrubbing and circulating within cardiovascular and thoracic operating rooms, with work involving adult open-heart, trauma, vascular, transplant, orthopedic, neuro, general, and robotic procedures. Experience with EPIC charting, BLS certification, and an active New Jersey or Compact license is required.
