Job summary

Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center – Fort Worth is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Surgery CVICU. The unit serves high-acuity cardiac patients with 1:1–2 ratios and 15 beds, and includes ECMO, LVAD, and TAVR care.

The position is full-time with 12-hour night shifts (7p-7a) and rotating weekends, in a setting that emphasizes learning, mentoring, and teamwork to support patient outcomes. Collaboration with the ECMO team is integral to daily care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Program.
• Specialized field of study should be nursing.
• RN license.
• Must have BLS certification or get it within 30 days of starting in this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced CVICU with high-acuity cardiac patients.
• Monitor patients on ECMO, IABP, and other support devices; coordinate with ECMO team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety while collaborating with the care team.
