Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Ohio.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit.
• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment; timely documentation.
• Interpret assessment/labs/telemetry and transcribe orders accurately.
• Respond rapidly to emergencies (Rapid Response/Code).
• Instruct and counsel patients and families.
