Job summary

All’s Well, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an ICU | CVICU | ER Registered Nurse for Outpatient Surgery.

This role centers on managing high-acuity patients in a specialized procedural setting with a Monday–Friday schedule. You will provide pre-, intra-, and post-procedure nursing care, monitor vitals, administer IV medications and conscious sedation, assess vascular access, and educate patients and families while collaborating with physicians to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license
• ADN or higher
• ICU, CVICU, or Emergency Department experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

• 1–4 years: $31–$38/hour
• 5–9 years: $39–$43/hour
• 10+ years: $44–$46/hour
