Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
• Multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• Drug screen and background screening as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates patient care, assessment, education, triage and various other nursing interventions.
• Collaborates with physicians and colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Empathetically cares for patients during all stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.
• Demonstrates nursing competency and uses comprehensive nursing expertise.
