Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join the team at Taylor Correctional Institution in Perry, Florida. The RN provides holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the supervision of the DON and Nursing Supervisor, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include Florida RN license or eligibility, current CPR, and the ability to obtain security clearance. Corrections experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Florida RN license or ability to obtain license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Corrections experience not required.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of the DON and Nursing Supervisor.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to assess, identify and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs.
