Job summary

A community healthcare facility located in Cynthiana, Kentucky, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate patient care. This role involves assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and documenting care activities. Ideal candidates will have an Associate's degree in nursing, a current RN license in Kentucky, and effective communication skills. Experience in ICU or critical care is preferred. This is a flexible 'As Needed' position.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kentucky.
• ICU or other Critical Care experience preferred.
• BLS, ACLS within 6 months, PALS preferred, Arrhythmia Class within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes.
• Administer medications and IV therapies.
• Document all patient care activities in EMR.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and treatments.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team for care plans.
