Job summary

Hunterdon Health is seeking a Community RN for the Home Health Department in Flemington, NJ. This full-time role offers flexible shifts (8/10/12 hours) with self-scheduling, and includes on-call rotation, days/evenings & weekends.

Current NJ RN license is required. BSN preferred; if only an ADN or diploma, you must be enrolled in BSN and complete it within 5 years of hire. A sign-on bonus up to $10,000 is available. Previous Home Health or acute care experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey RN License required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred; if associate degree or diploma, must enroll in BSN and complete within 5 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health nursing care to patients in Flemington, NJ.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to plan and deliver patient care.
• Manage IV skills and administer medications per physician orders.

We are a 4 Star Agency in Home Health Compare. This is a flexible nursing role that allows for Self-Scheduling. Hunterdon County is an extremely safe Home Health work environment.

Current New Jersey RN License required. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. If associates degree or diploma must be enrolled in BSN program and completed within 5 years of hire date.

Previous Home Health nursing experience preferred. Recent acute care nursing experience preferred. Knowledge about Medicare/Insurance regulations. The ideal candidate must possess effective verbal and written communication skills, confidence in dealing with others and the ability to work well with many different disciplines, at various levels of authority. CPR and IV Skills. Previous Home Health care experience is preferred. Valid Driver’s License required.

We have flexible shifts including 8, 10 or 12 hours as well as Weekend Only Shifts.
