Qualifications

• Active RN license required (GA or multi-state Compact)
• BLS certification required upon hire; additional certifications encouraged

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process with evidence-based practice to plan and deliver individualized patient care
• Provide patient-centered care with cultural sensitivity and collaboration across disciplines
• Engage with patients and families through bedside shifts, rounds, and patient teaching to align with goals
• Support governance, performance improvement and professional development within the care team
