Job summary

Qualifications

• RN with six months of clinical RN experience or completion of probationary NC I period.
• Must possess and maintain a current Registered Nurse license in Texas.
• Current BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents daily patient care.
• Executes physician's orders and administers medications with standard nursing care.
• Provides patient/family teaching and health promotion according to needs.
