Qualifications

• Registered Nurse; licensed to practice in Texas.
• Basic Life Support (AHA or Red Cross) certification.
• 1 year of full-time RN experience or GN program completion.
• Bilingual skills preferred; strong written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Hospitals: independently manage general patient care within assigned area.
• Apply standards, principles, and clinical algorithms per Nursing Practice Act and unit policies.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, evidence-based patient care.
• Identify when additional resources are needed and seek supervision as appropriate.
