Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in assigned unit per Texas Nursing Practice Act and hospital standards.
• Independently assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; escalate issues as needed.
• Document care accurately and collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate services.
