Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor activities pertaining to clinical protocols, patient recruitment and trial progress.
• Support meetings and develop programs to improve operating procedures and patient care.
• Problem-solve complex situations and improve processes and services for patients and colleagues.
• Monitor data collection integrity, completeness and timeliness in trials.
• Create and maintain internal documents for trials not supported by CROs.
• Participate in training and mentoring new staff.
• Recruit and screen patients for protocols and clinical trials.
• Perform assessments and collect medical histories.
