Job summary

Hospice of the Midwest is seeking a dedicated RN Clinical Supervisor to oversee hospice staff, coordinate services, and guide clinical decisions in Guthrie Center, IA.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and ensuring high-quality end-of-life care within a compassionate team environment. Office hours are Monday through Friday, with on-site responsibilities in Guthrie Center.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current, unencumbered licensure in the operating state.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in hospice or home care settings recommended.
• Experience leading a clinical team and coordinating patient care.

Responsibilities

• Review referrals and determine care needs; assign hospice staff.
• Guide clinical staff during home visits and case reviews.
• Develop patient care plans and set treatment goals.
• Lead team conferences for coordinated care and quality improvement.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of clinical staff.
