Expect a base pay of $70,000–$75,000 plus a $5,000 annual bonus and weekly pay. The position emphasizes hands-on clinical oversight paired with leadership responsibilities, a Monday–Friday schedule, and opportunities to mentor new nurses in a supportive team

Qualifications

• Active RN license (in applicable state).
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use.
• Team-oriented with excellent customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical care from admission through discharge.
• Manage care delivery and supervise personnel.
• Conduct caregiver orientation and competency evaluations.
• Lead training, education, and skill development initiatives.
• Perform both office-based and field duties, including home visits.
