Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Exton, PA seeks an RN Clinical Supervisor for Home Health to oversee patient care from admission to discharge. You’ll supervise staff, conduct caregiver orientation, and lead clinical education initiatives, with a Monday–Friday schedule and strong benefits.

The role requires an active RN license in the applicable state and at least 1 year of RN experience; supervisory skills are a plus and Microsoft Office proficiency is expected.
