Job summary

Mercy is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to assist in planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating operations and patient care within designated areas. The role includes serving as a clinical resource for staff and patients and stepping in as a staff nurse when needed, with managerial duties delegated by leadership.

The ideal candidate has graduate nursing education, MO RN licensure, 2–3 years of patient care experience, and a preference for supervisory or rehabilitation experience.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from accredited Nursing program.
  • Must have a current RN license in the state of practice.
  • Two to three years' experience in patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care in designated areas.
  • Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
  • Function as a staff nurse in the department as needed; assume delegated managerial duties.
