• Current Wisconsin RN license or ability to obtain license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 RN, Clinical Supervisor | Cardiology Clinic.

Location: La Crosse, WI with occasional coverage in Onalaska.

FTE: Full-time, salaried position (1.0).

Schedule: Monday through Friday. Typical hours fall between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. with flexibility to support departmental needs. No call obligation, weekends, or holidays.

This role offers leadership exposure across six cardiology subspecialties: General Cardiology, Heart Failure, Electrophysiology, Device Services, Structural Heart Programs, and Cardiothoracic Surgery. It's a unique opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about leadership, process improvement, and helping others succeed.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (minimum).
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin or ability to obtain licensure as required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Minimum of 3 years of RN experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Cardiology clinical experience strongly preferred.
• Leadership experience such as Charge Nurse, Lead Nurse, Supervisor, or similar responsibilities.
• Experience with process improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of Epic Ambulatory workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
