Job summary

Abrazo West Campus is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver professional bedside care in a high-volume acute care setting. You will work with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, participate in hourly rounding, and supervise healthcare staff when needed.

We value strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and a patient-first approach. Arizona RN licensure with BLS is required; ACLS must be completed within 30 days. BSN is preferred, with opportunities for growth within Tenet Healthcare.

Job Summary

Up to $2500 Bonus Based on Eligibility

The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care within an assigned unit, delivering individualized, age-specific, and direct bedside care in alignment with the nursing process and patient needs. This role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care planning and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a clinical leader by assessing, planning, delegating, and exercising independent judgment in directing other healthcare staff in the provision of safe, effective care.
• Evaluates the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice while supporting patient goals.
• Ensures safety guidelines and work practices.
• Directs patient care, participates in hourly rounding and supervision of healthcare team members.
• Promotes safe and efficient patient throughput in a high-volume acute care setting to optimize workflow and daily operations in a procedure-driven facility.
