Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation in Mississippi is seeking an RN to provide direct and indirect patient care in the assigned setting. The RN will perform general nursing duties, educate patients, prioritize care, and participate in ongoing learning to restore health and support autonomy and dignity of patients.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• Computer literacy is required.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients appropriately based on their medical condition.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses.
• Provide patient education and assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, leadership and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Assist physicians with procedures and provide nursing care with clinical skills.
• Communicate psychosocial needs of patients and families to the care team.
