Job summary

EmVenio Research, Inc. is seeking a Certified Mobile Research Nurse (CMRN) on a per diem/PRN basis to perform mobile visits for adult ALS patients.

You will set appointments within visitation windows, collect blood samples, and ensure accurate documentation while collaborating with project managers and site personnel. Responsibilities include phlebotomy, vital signs, ECG, and safety checks, with visits scheduled Mon–Wed from 8am to 6pm.

Qualifications

• RN license in state(s) of practice required.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience.
• 2 years phlebotomy/IV/subcutaneous injections experience preferred.
• 1 year collecting vital signs, ECG, urine samples, and urine pregnancy tests.

Responsibilities

• Visit adult ALS patients for mobile study visits during 8am–6pm M–W.
• Draw blood, process specimens, and handle dry ice pickup/drop-off for shipping.
• Maintain accurate source documentation and patient records.
• Coordinate with Clinical Project Managers and site staff to complete visits.

**Make a Difference on Your Own Schedule and Terms!** The Certified Mobile Research Nurse is a Registered Nursing per diem/PRN position for EmVenio. An EmVenio CMRN is responsible for setting appointments within the required visitation window to complete mobile visits for study participants. You’ll work cooperatively with Clinical Project Managers, Coordinators, and site personnel to complete visits and submit accurate source documentation. We are looking for CMRNs to visit an **Adult** population with ALS who can perform the following skills during a mobile visit:* *Blood specimen collection and processing (nurse will pick up dry ice prior to the visit and drop off at UPS after the visit)** *Visits are to be completed M-W during standard business hours of 8am-6pm* **Required Qualifications*** Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)* Two (2) years' experience in starting and performing Phlebotomy/Peripheral Blood Draw, IVs, and Subcutaneous Injections (date of last practice within 6 months, preferred)* One (1) year of experience collecting vital signs, ECG, urine samples, and performing urine pregnancy tests* Must have and maintain a current, unrestricted license as a RN in the state(s) of practice* Skilled at collecting accurate, detailed patient records including documentation of medical history and medication charting* Excellent observational, verbal, written communication, and problem-solving skills* Must have and maintain a current CPR certification* Must have and maintain a current TB Test**Preferred Qualifications*** Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing* An Active Driver's License with good driving record and automobile insurance in accordance with state and/or agency requirements and in good repair* An ability to speak other languages**Personal Incentives*** Gain CMRN GCP Certification* Be a member of our general staffing pool* No research experience required, on the job training provided* Contribute to advancements of truly life changing treatments Standard Rate: $55.00 Hourly plus commute, mileage, training, and administrative pay.
