Job summary

Professional Case Management is seeking a licensed RN for mobile home visits in Lufkin, TX. This role emphasizes phlebotomy, vital signs, ECG, IVs, and injections during scheduled visits.

Candidates must have a current RN license in Texas, CPR, TB test, and at least two years of RN experience. The position offers a standard rate of $55.00 hourly plus commute, mileage, training, and administrative pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience as an RN.
• Two years' experience in phlebotomy, IVs, and injections (recent).
• One year collecting vital signs, ECG, urine samples, and pregnancy tests.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in state of practice.
• Accurate patient records and medication charting.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobile home-visit nursing duties for adult patients.
• Conduct phlebotomy, vital signs, ECG, urine tests and injections.
• Document medical history and medication records accurately.
• Maintain CPR and TB testing as required and up to date.

We are looking for CMRNs to visit an Adult population who can perform the following skills during a mobile visit:

• Phlebotomy PRN visits must be completed between Mon-Wed during standard business hours

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Two (2) years' experience in starting and performing Phlebotomy/Peripheral Blood Draw, IVs, and Subcutaneous Injections (date of last practice within 6 months, preferred)
• One (1) year of experience collecting vital signs, ECG, urine samples, and performing urine pregnancy tests
• Must have and maintain a current, unrestricted license as a RN in the state(s) of practice
• Skilled at collecting accurate, detailed patient records including documentation of medical history and medication charting
• Excellent observational, verbal, written communication, and problem-solving skills
• Must have and maintain a current CPR certification
• Must have and maintain a current TB Test

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
• Licensed driver with good driving record and automobile insurance in accordance with state and/or agency requirements and in good repair
• An ability to speak other languages
